For companies, teams and organisers
A room that follows your agenda — not the other way round.
65 m², up to 20 people, separated from the day-guest area. The room has no door of its own onto the street, which is why it stays quiet even in the middle of the day. Tell us how you work and we will set the room up accordingly.

Seating
Flexible single tables instead of fixed furniture.
The tables can stand alone, side by side, facing each other, in groups or as one long conference table. Row and classroom seating is possible too. We set everything up before your session so you can start straight away.

One long conference table
Everyone at one table — for strategy sessions, board meetings and decisions in a small group.

Row and classroom seating
Facing the screen — for talks, training sessions and presentations.

Group tables
Several islands for workshops, group work and formats with a lot of discussion.

Single tables with projection
Everyone with their own desk and a view of the screen — for hands-on training.
Equipment
Everything a working day needs.
- Screen and projector for presentations
- Fast, stable internet
- Air-conditioned room
- Acoustic panels on the walls
- Water and glasses at the table
- Coffee bar and fridge in the adjoining room
- Printer
- Sound-reduced meeting box for calls in between

Recording
Part of the room works for podcast, interview and video.
A quiet position, acoustic panels and no door onto the street all help the sound. If you want to record, let us know in advance and we will keep the area free and set it up for you.
Breaks and closing
A 35 m² terrace with a sea view.
Tables and chairs are ready, for coffee breaks during the day as much as for the evening afterwards. Many companies raise a glass together on the terrace on the last evening of their seminar. It is roughly 100 metres to the beach, and sun loungers are available to borrow.

Getting here
Easy to reach, including for international participants.
- Very close to the airport — practical for teams flying in
- Direct public transport to Palma and the airport
- Good connections to the rest of the island
- Hotels and restaurants of Playa de Palma within walking distance
Food and drink
We arrange catering and restaurants for you.
You do not have to work your way through the restaurants of Playa de Palma yourself. Tell us what you need — a coffee break, lunch on site or a table for the closing evening — and we will make the connection. That applies to seminars as much as to booked day guests arriving as a group.
- Coffee breaks and snacks during the event
- Lunch, delivered or at a nearby restaurant
- Table reservations for the evening together
- Recommendations for hotels within walking distance
When the room is free
On free days, day guests work in here too.
Whenever the seminar room is not booked, we open it up to our day guests as an especially quiet work area. For you as an organiser that means the room is exclusively yours on your date — and does not sit empty on all the others.
Prices
We quote for your format, not from a rate card.
Half a day or several days, ten people or twenty, with or without catering: we put together a quote that fits your event. Send us a short email with the date, the number of people and the set-up you would like — we usually reply the same day.
