Paperwork and authorisation
You receive a contract from us and — if you want your post opened — an authorisation to sign. That is the whole of the paperwork.
Start using the address
From the agreed date the address is yours to use. We let you know as soon as the first post arrives.
Frequent questions
- Can I use the address to register my company?
- In many cases yes. Because it depends on your legal form and your plans, we clarify it together beforehand — and we will say so if it does not fit.
- What about parcels?
- The packages cover ordinary letter post. For parcels, please talk to us first and we will find a solution.
- How quickly do I hear about new post?
- We send an email as soon as something arrives for you. In the Premium package your post is handled with priority.
- Can I switch later?
- Yes, you can move between packages at any time. The contracts run monthly.
