Terms and conditions

These terms apply to booking desks, using the customer account and using the job board.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Scope and contracting party

The contracting party is Island Forum S.L.U., Carrer de la Garsa 6, 07610 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain, NIF B88770011, trading under the brand Coworking Mallorca. These terms apply to all contracts concluded via this website.

2. Services and prices

  • Day pass: €20 net for one day and one person.
  • 3-day pass: €50 net in total for three days and one person.
  • All prices are net; statutory Spanish IVA is added.
  • The day pass covers a desk in the coworking area, internet access, coffee and water, and use of the shared areas.
  • Use of the seminar room is not part of the day pass and is agreed individually.

There is no entitlement to a specific desk. When the seminar room is not booked, day guests may also use it by arrangement.

3. Booking and payment

By submitting the booking you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You then receive a booking number which, together with your email address, lets you open the booking in your account at any time. Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. Invoices are issued electronically.

4. Rebooking and cancellation

Booked passes are binding. Cancellation with a refund is not offered, and this also applies if the place is not used on the booked day. Instead, rebooking to another date is free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked day, provided places are available — just send us a short message. After that, rebooking is only possible by arrangement. For seminars, the conditions agreed in the respective quote apply.

5. House rules

  • We all work here together: please take calls and video meetings in the meeting box or outside the work area.
  • Please leave your desk as you found it.
  • The internet connection must not be used for unlawful purposes.
  • We reserve the right to exclude guests in the event of serious or repeated breaches.

6. Customer account

The account is personal and must not be passed on to third parties. Login details must be kept confidential. You can have your account deleted at any time. We may block an account if it is used improperly.

7. Job board

  • Entries may only be published by registered users and are reviewed before they go live.
  • The person posting an entry is responsible for its content and confirms that they hold the necessary rights.
  • Discriminatory postings, misleading statements, hidden advertising, duplicate entries and spam are not permitted.
  • We may reject or remove entries without giving reasons, in particular following justified reports.
  • There is no entitlement to publication, placement or a successful match.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. No liability is accepted for items you bring with you; please do not leave valuables unattended.

9. Final provisions

Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
